By creating an account or using Selfreparenting ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Nature of the Service
The Service is a self-help and peer-support tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. Always seek qualified professional advice for health, legal, or financial decisions.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully. You will not post harmful, abusive, illegal, sexual, or commercial content, harass others, impersonate anyone, or share content intended for a different healing purpose. Moderators may remove content and suspend access for violations.
Your Content
You are responsible for the content you create and share. You grant the Service a licence to host and display your content within the app. Do not share content you do not have the right to share.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription processed securely via our payment provider. Subscription billing recurs until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or the payment provider. Refunds are handled per the payment provider's policy.
Intellectual Property
The Service's framework, content, design, and branding — including the SIFTSEM method materials — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal information and content are removed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
